Les vernissages du Musée du Point de Vue nous permettent de mieux saisir le milieu qui nous enveloppe tant sur le plan physique que relationnel. Le Musée du Point de Vue est virtuel, car présent partout. Pour le CCS, il inaugure un nouvel aspect de son travail en organisant simultanément des "vernissages de Point de Vue" chez des personnalités parisiennes. Ce n'est plus ici un "paysage" qu'il réalise, mais un "portrait".

in dead and hollow beach water

Ta logia kai ta hronia ta hamena 

Τα λόγια και τα χρόνια τα χαμένα

και τους καημούς που σκέπασε καπνός

η ξενιτιά τα βρήκε αδελφωμένα

Κι οι ξαφνικές χαρές που ήρθαν για μένα

ήταν σε δάσος μαύρο κεραυνός

κι οι λογισμοί που μπόρεσα για σένα

 

Και σου μιλώ σ' αυλές και σε μπαλκόνια

Enfin, un nouvel élargissement de la liberté d’expression a pu être vu dans une affaire où l’image d’une personne assise sur un banc dans la rue avait été diffusée pour illustrer un recueil sur l’exclusion sociale. La Cour d’appel de Paris a retenu en 2008 que «le droit à l’image doit céder devant la liberté d’expression chaque fois que l’exercice du premier aurait pour effet de faire arbitrairement obstacle à la liberté de recevoir ou de communiquer des idées qui s’expriment spécialement dans le travail d’un artiste, sauf dans le cas d’une publication contraire à la dignité de la personne ou revêtant pour elle des conséquences d’une particulière gravité».
